Visit Meedho on the Raa Atoll
Meedho has a small population of around 1,700 people. Spend an evening ashore among these warm and friendly locals for a true taste of Dhivehi culture, during your Maldives yacht charter.
Relax on Maarikilu, Baa Atoll
Tropical flora and fauna abound on this blissful, uninhabited atoll. With so many things to do in the Maldives, make sure you keep an eye out for sea turtles that were released here as part of a conservation effort.
Snorkel Shahjahan Sandbank
This sandbank is home to a spectacular coral reef, perfect for a morning of snorkeling or diving. You may even encounter graceful gliding manta rays that are often seen here.
Kayak around Innafushi, Baa Atoll
Also known as ‘Picnic Island’, tiny Innafushi is a picture-perfect uninhabited island with idyllic white sand beaches just made for a day of pure relaxation. Or go kayaking and snorkeling in sparkling clear waters.

Close to the equator, the Maldives are warm and sunny all year round, with average temperatures at around 81ºF-86ºF. The best time for your sailing holiday to the Maldives is between December and April, when there is lower humidity. November is the wettest month and the peak months are January to March.

How do I get to the Maldives from the US?
Fly to Velana International Airport (MLE) from New York’s JFK, via Dubai International Airport (DXB) with Emirates Airline, or from Los Angeles airport (LAX) with Singapore Airlines via Singapore Changi Airport (SIN).
Transfers from the airport to the marina are by bus then local boat (Boston Whaler) which takes around 25 minutes.

Our yacht itineraries are designed by our destination experts and are set to showcase the best of the destination’s highlights. They are set and not flexible, even if you book all the cabins.
What happens if the weather changes while sailing on a Sail Share charter?
The skipper may decide to change the itinerary if there is bad weather.
Can I choose which cabin I want when I book a Sail Share?
Choose a double cabin with shared bath, or private bath for an additional fee.
