{"id":29788,"date":"2018-09-28T14:09:44","date_gmt":"2018-09-28T12:09:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dreamyachtcharter.com\/?p=29788"},"modified":"2025-06-12T16:50:31","modified_gmt":"2025-06-12T14:50:31","slug":"southampton-boat-show-roundup","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dreamyachtcharter.com\/gb\/blog\/southampton-boat-show-roundup\/","title":{"rendered":"Southampton Boat Show roundup"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 50th annual The Yachtmarket.com Southampton Boat Show may be over, but boy was it good!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We launched our brand new<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dreamboatclub.com\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dream Yacht Boat Club<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, had a visit from the<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.grenadagrenadines.com\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grenada Tourism Authority<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and supported the launch of the<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.soggydollar.com\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soggy Dollar<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> rum into UK<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.turtlebay.co.uk\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Turtle Bay <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">restaurants alongside our good friends at the<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bvitourism.com\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">British Virgin Islands Tourist Board<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition we ran some amazing competitions, including the chance to win an exclusive Hugo Boss waterproof jacket signed by British <\/span>yachtsman and Dream Yacht Charter ambassador<b>, <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dreamyachtcharter.com\/gb\/how-it-feels-to-sail-with-british-sailing-champion-alex-thomson\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alex <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dreamyachtcharter.com\/gb\/blog\/a-first-hand-experience-of-a-by-the-cabin-yacht-charter-to-the-grenadines\/\">Thomson<\/a>, which you can<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dreamyachtcharter.com\/gb\/blog\/a-first-hand-experience-of-a-by-the-cabin-yacht-charter-to-the-grenadines\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">enter until 30 September.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also&nbsp;announced our new partnership with the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/oarsomechance.org\/\">Oarsome Chance charity,&nbsp;<\/a>&nbsp;who work with young people in Hampshire and surrounding areas to support getting vocational education and training, with the goal of getting them into employment.
