Alexej Paladino is the man in charge of all operations for Dream Yacht Charter at our base situated in Sicily.
Alex, who joined the Dream Yacht team in 2006, has been extensively involved in both the tourism and yachting industries for over 15 years. He is also the owner of the Florio Yacht Club Marina where our base is located.
After completing a business management degree in the USA followed by one year in the Italian navy Alex who is 40 years old went on to join one of the major Italian tour operators where he was in charge of their long haul packages. Alex, then joined Stardust Marine where he supervised all activities at their base in Palermo.
Back in his native Sicily 10 years ago he invested and developed this family owned marina and made it into a highly respected business. Alex who is extremely professional and knowledgeable speaks Italian, English, French, Spanish and even Malagasy fluently and he is expertly assisted by Oscar Civiletti. Oscar is a professional skipper who over the last ten years has been in charge of several bases within Italy, prior to joining our team.
