Base manager



Alain is French, (he was born in 1952), he is very experienced (skipper since 1985 in Thailand, Turkey and in the Caribbean, he is passionately fond of the sea and its environment. Alain knows all the tips regarding sailing in the Windward Islands.
1987- 2001, he was skipper-owner of a gulet (21m - Maeva Of Tahiti) in Turkey and from 1997 to 2002, Skipper-owner of a crewed Marquises 56 (Mawali) in Caribbean.
Back on land he invests all his experience of boats into the work at the base.. He is professional, organized and demanding; he manages perfect shape of the base and the boats.
Scuba diving, water skiing and windsurfing are his favour sports.

40 years old, Austrian
After finishing her studies of economy in Austria she moves to Turkey to work during 9 years in tourism as guide as well as marketing and sales manager.
She was sailing in the Caribbean during 2 seasons on board of Mawali as hostess and cook.
Since a few years she is back to marketing as sales and marketing manager.
Always in good mood, extrovert and sociable Isabell has a very good contact with the clients.
